Right of revocation
1. Revocation right for consumers
1.1 As a consumer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions detailed below. A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Instructions for revocation
2.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you as a consumer or a third party named by the consumer, such third party not being a carrier, has received the goods.
2.2 The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
2.3 To exercise your right of revocation, you have to notify us:

of your decision to revoke from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., by a letter sent by post mail, fax or email). You can use the accompanying cancellation form (download from our website), however this is not required. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
3. Consequences of the revocation
3.1 If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
3.2 We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
3.3 You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

or, after prior arrangement and our consent, deliver them during an atelier appointment.The deadline is met if you dispatch or hand over the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
3.4 You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
3.5 You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
