Payment and Shipping

1. General shipping conditions

1.1 Shipping is currently available only to selected countries listed at checkout. If your country is not available, please feel free to get in touch directly regarding a possible shipment arrangement.

1.2 Shipping costs will be charged additionally and shown separately on the product page, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

1.3 If a delivery should come back because of undeliverability due to an error in the delivery address indicated by the buyer, the Seller must insist unfortunately on a renewed instruction of the forwarding expenses.

1.4 If the buyer insists on delivery by an alternative shipping company, this must be clearly stated in the purchase process or clarified before the purchase.

1.5 If the buyer requests a different type of shipment other than the shipments offered by our webshop (DHL Premium Standard Shipping and UPS Express Saver), the shipping costs will be replaced up to the amount of the offered costs of a standard shipment in case of cancelation of the order.

3. Delivery periods

1. Each piece is manufactured individually and made to order. Taking into account the production time, the delivery time is longer than standard DHL or UPS delivery times. The delivery time will be based on the expected delivery date.
Special collections (ex. Christmas, St. Valentine's, In Stock) can have different production times, please check the description of the collection and products. 

If not stated differently:

GERMANY
DHL Standard: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 1-3 business days

UPS Express Saver: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 1 business day

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Zones 1 & 2 (EU)
DHL Premium Standard Shipping: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 3-5 business days

UPS Express Saver: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 1-2 business days

Zone 3 (UK)
DHL Premium Standard Shipping: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 5-7 business days

UPS Express Saver: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 2-5 business days

Zone 4 (Canada, Mexico, USA)
DHL Premium Standard Shipping: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 7-14 business days

UPS Express Saver: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 2-5 business days

Zone 5 (Japan, South Korea, Australia)
DHL Premium Standard Shipping: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 7-14 business days

UPS Express Saver: 3-4 weeks for production + ca. 2-5 business days

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Additional delivery time may apply due to the custom procedures.   

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
