Payment and Shipping

1. General shipping conditions

1.1 The products are delivered all over the world except for Russia, Belarus, India and China.

1.2 Shipping costs will be charged additionally and shown separately on the product page, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

1.3 If a delivery should come back because of undeliverability due to an error in the delivery address indicated by the buyer, the Seller must insist unfortunately on a renewed instruction of the forwarding expenses.

1.4 If the buyer insists on delivery by an alternative shipping company, this must be clearly stated in the purchase process or clarified before the purchase.

1.5 If the buyer requests a different type of shipment other than the shipments offered by our webshop (Standard DHL Shipping, DHL Express Shipping), the shipping costs will be replaced up to the amount of the offered costs of a standard shipment in case of cancelation of the order.

3. Delivery periods

1. Each piece is manufactured individually and made to order. Taking into account the production time, the delivery time is longer than standard DHL delivery times. The delivery time will be based on the expected delivery date.
Special collections (ex. Christmas, St. Valentine's, In Stock) can have different production times, please check the description of the collection and products. 

If not stated differently:

GERMANY
Standard: 14 work days for production + 1-3 work days

Express: 14 work days for production + 1 work day

Deliveries to foreign countries:

EUROPEAN UNION I, II & III
Standard: 14 work days for production + 2-9 work days

Express: 14 work days for production + 1 work day

EUROPE (NON-EU)
Standard: 14 work days for production + 12-17 work days

Express: 14 work days for production + 1-3 work days

REST OF THE WORLD 
Standard: 14 work days for production + 16-30 work days

Express: 14 work days for production + 2-5 work days

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Additional delivery time may apply due to the custom procedures.

4. Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal Plus (credit card, direct debit, invoice)
- Payment via Sofort bank transfer

- Payment via Klarna

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
