INNAN jewellery is entirely handcrafted in Berlin by the brand's founder Inna, with occasional support from a trusted network of artisans, including stone setters, casters and engravers. The Atelier, located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, is open to visits by appointment only.

Our designs can be tailored to your preferences and personalised with your choice of gemstone and precious metal. Inna will gladly guide you through the possibilities to make one of our existing designs uniquely yours. Please note that custom creations typically take 5 – 8 weeks to complete.

INNAN Jewellery is crafted from solid metals, including yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as sterling silver, and features a wide selection of natural gemstones. Most commonly used are sapphires, diamonds, emeralds, rubies, spinels and tourmalines. If you have a specific stone in mind, please let us know, and we will be happy to source it for you. Every gemstone used in our jewellery is responsibly sourced from trusted partners. All our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process.

Yes, we offer a full bespoke service. A bespoke jewel is entirely unique and created specifically for you. We guide you step by step through the process, ensuring your final piece perfectly captures your vision. Bespoke commissions take up to 12 weeks once in production. All metals we are working with are recycled. Our main supplier of fine gold, fine silver and palladium exclusively sources these metals from certified refineries. They carry a certification from the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) – a non-profit organization that sets standards and provides certification for ethical and sustainable practices in the jewellery and watch industry.

Delivery times depend on your destination and whether the piece is ready to ship or made to order. Ready-to-Ship pieces are usually available for dispatch or Atelier pick-up within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Germany: approximately 1–3 business days
• European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
• Outside the EU: approximately 7–14 business days

Made-to-Order pieces are dispatched after their individual production time, which is stated on each product page. Orders are generally shipped with DHL or UPS. Please note that delivery times are estimates and that customs clearance for international shipments may cause delays beyond our control.

Inna is passionate about transforming your heirloom jewels into meaningful, modern designs that can be enjoyed and worn once again. Please note that we work with your existing heirloom stones only, rather than new stones you may have sourced. During your consultation appointment, Inna will help you determine the most successful design, considering your tastes, the dimensions and type of stones, and the creative possibilities they offer. The timeline for this service varies depending on the work required.

We work exclusively with natural diamonds, with a deep appreciation for the 4C’s and a focus on the highest qualities available. The only exception are salt & pepper diamonds, chosen for their unique character and design appeal. While Inna often works with coloured natural diamonds, incorporating white diamonds is also an option she would be delighted to explore. Some stones come with in-house certificates from our trusted supplier, while other types of certification can be arranged if requested during the initial consultation. Please note that certified diamonds can significantly affect both the price of the stones and the final jewel.

Any duties, taxes and administration fees issued in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The gold from your old jewellery is usually not melted directly to create the new design, but rather recycled into fine gold material for crafting. Please get in touch with us to learn more about this process.

Yes. Engraving is a beautiful way to add a custom touch to some INNAN designs, and is available for certain items. If you’re interested in personalizing a piece in this way, email or give us a call for pricing and availability.

Your order will be dispatched in a signature matte black mailing bag or in a larger cardboard box if multiple items are ordered. Each jewel is presented in a branded INNAN jewellery packaging, with different designs for engagement, wedding and other pieces. Every shipment is accompanied by a handwritten card from Inna. One-of-a-kind bespoke commissions also include an exclusive certificate detailing the jewel, signed by Inna. For gift orders, we are happy to include a personal message and complimentary gift packaging, please contact us directly or leave a note when placing your order.

We’re always happy to repair and recondition our pieces. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us at info@innan-jewellery.com for more information and guidance on how to return your piece for repair. We offer a curated selection of Ready-to-Ship pieces online, while most of our rings are made-to-order within 4–5 weeks (5-7 weeks in case of wedding/engagement rings). Please check availability before purchasing to ensure we can meet any special dates or occasions. Resizing of Ready-to-Ship rings takes approximately 7–10 business days. If you need something urgently, please contact us at info@innan-jewellery.com to see if we can accommodate your request. Our bespoke and heirloom resetting services require up to 12 weeks for production, excluding design consultation and stone sourcing. Personalising an existing design typically takes 5–8 weeks, including stone sourcing if needed. Please note that sourcing more unusual or rare stones may take additional time.

Yes, we offer gift cards in values of 100 €, 250 €, 500 €, 750 €, 1,000 € or a custom amount. You will receive your gift card by email with instructions for redemption at checkout. If you prefer a physical version, you can request a hand-signed card sent to your address by post.

The statutory warranty rights apply to all items purchased in our webshop. All INNAN jewellery is handcrafted in our Berlin Atelier and can be repaired if necessary. The warranty does not apply if the jewel has been altered by another jeweller or if the damage results from improper use or normal wear and tear. After the statutory warranty period, repairs can still be arranged on a case-by-case basis, with a tailored quote provided.

We hope you’ll be absolutely delighted with your INNAN piece. However, if for any reason you’re not, items purchased through our website may be refunded if returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that commissioned made-to-order pieces (incl. bespoke, personalised, resetting commissions or engraved items) are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed. For more information, please refer to our "Exchanges and returns" and "Right of withdrawal" policies.

If you wish to return an item purchased through our online shop, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by using the "Withdraw Contract" button on our website or by contacting us by email. Once we have received your withdrawal, we will send you the return instructions. Please note that the customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

Made-to-Order pieces (including bespoke, personalised, resetting commissions and engraved items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
