Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Conditions
1.1 Shipping is currently available only to selected countries listed during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us to enquire about a possible individual shipping arrangement. For orders with a value below EUR 500, customers may choose between DHL and UPS Express Saver at checkout. For security and insurance reasons, orders with a value of EUR 500 or more are generally shipped exclusively via UPS Express Saver.
1.2 Shipping costs are charged additionally and will be shown separately on the product page, in the shopping cart system and during checkout before the order is submitted.
1.3 If a shipment is returned to us because delivery was not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer, the Customer shall bear any additional shipping costs for renewed dispatch, unless the Customer is not responsible for the failed delivery.
1.4 If the Customer requests delivery by a specific or alternative shipping provider, this must be agreed with us before the order is placed or clearly indicated during the order process. Additional costs may apply.
1.5 If the Customer chooses a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us, any reimbursement of shipping costs in the event of withdrawal will be limited to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
2. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs include applicable statutory VAT where applicable. The exact shipping costs will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted. Please note that the available shipping methods may depend on the order value, destination and applicable insurance requirements.
Domestic shipping – Germany

3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Each piece is individually manufactured and made to order unless it is marked “In Stock”. Unless stated otherwise on the respective product page, the standard production time is:
- 3–4 weeks for signature designs;
- 4–6 weeks for wedding or engagement rings; and
- 5–7 weeks for wedding rings with engraving.
Taking into account the applicable production time, the overall delivery timeframe is longer than the standard DHL or UPS Express Saver shipping time. The delivery timeframe is based on the expected production and delivery dates indicated on the respective product page. Please check the availability and delivery information on the product page before placing your order.
Unless stated otherwise, the following estimated delivery periods apply:
Germany
DHL Standard: applicable production time + approximately 1-3 business days shipping time
UPS Express Saver: applicable production time + approximately 1 business day shipping time

DHL Premium Standard Shipping: applicable production time + approximately 3-5 business days shipping time
UPS Express Saver: applicable production time + approximately 1-2 business days shipping time

UPS Express Saver: applicable production time + approximately 2-5 business days shipping time

DHL Premium Standard Shipping: applicable production time + approximately 7-14 business days shipping time
UPS Express Saver: applicable production time + approximately 2-5 business days shipping time

3.2 Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
3.3 Additional delivery time may apply due to the customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control. Unexpected delays may occur on the part of our delivery partners. We will inform you of any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.
