1. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

2. Returns / Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Returns are only accepted in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable.

2.2 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. This may be done by email, by post, by using the model withdrawal form, or by using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

2.3 Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual selection or specification by the Consumer. The availability of the electronic withdrawal function on our website does not affect these statutory exclusions.
