We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered, but we cannot be held responsible for defining your ring size. Please measure carefully, as the final size remains your responsibility. Try to provide us with the correct ring size when placing your order as not all INNAN rings are resizable.

The most accurate way to measure your finger is with a professional jeweller using the proper tools. Alternative methods, such as print-at-home guides or plastic ring gauges, can be convenient but may not provide precise measurements.

Tips for Measuring Your Ring Size

• Finger size can change during the day and with temperature - fingers are usually largest at the end of the day. We recommend measuring at an average temperature for the most accurate size.
  
  
• Wider bands feel tighter than narrower bands. For particularly wide bands, consider choosing a full size larger than your usual ring size.
  
  
• When measuring, look for resistance at the knuckle while still allowing some movement on the finger to accommodate natural size changes when your hands are warmer.
