1. Payment Methods

1.1 The payment methods available for domestic and international deliveries are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country, order value and technical availability of the respective payment service providers.

1.2 The payment methods currently available may include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort bank transfer and other payment services offered via Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers. For bespoke commissions, the payment method is generally bank transfer, unless individually agreed otherwise. Production of bespoke commissions begins only after receipt of payment or the agreed deposit amount. A deposit of 50% of the quoted total amount is required to begin the design and production process. The remaining balance is due once the design has been confirmed and prior to delivery or collection.

1.3 The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Payments are processed by the respective payment service provider selected during checkout. The use of a particular payment method may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider, which will be made available during the payment process where applicable.

2.2 If payment is made via credit card, an instant payment method or another online payment service, the payment transaction or payment authorisation may be carried out immediately after the order is submitted. Further information will be provided during the checkout and payment process.
