Right of Withdrawal

1. Introduction

1.1 Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to withdraw from any contract on the following conditions.

2. Instructions for Withdrawal

2.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

2.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, however this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

3.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual selection or specification by the Consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the Consumer.

4. Consequences of the Withdrawal

4.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if such loss results from handling by you other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

4.2 In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price actually paid by you at the time of your order. Any subsequent changes to the retail price of the item, including changes due to fluctuations in material or gold prices, do not affect the amount of the refund.

4.3 We may withhold the repayment until the products are returned to us or until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

4.4 You must hand over or send back the products to the following address:

without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the products before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

Please note: This address differs from our legal business address, which is Mulackstraße 23. Returns and postal correspondence regarding withdrawals should be sent to Mulackstraße 26.

4.5 You will bear the direct costs of returning the products. Return shipping costs are not covered by INNAN unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. INNAN is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number until your return has been received and confirmed.

4.6 You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to check the condition, features and functioning of the products.
