We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered, but we cannot be held responsible for defining your ring size. Please measure carefully, as the final size remains your responsibility. Try to provide us with the correct ring size when placing your order as not all INNAN rings are resizable.

The most accurate way to measure your finger is with a professional jeweller using the proper tools. Alternative methods, such as print-at-home guides or plastic ring gauges, can be convenient but may not provide precise measurements.

Tips for Measuring Your Ring Size

  • Finger size can change during the day and with temperature - fingers are usually largest at the end of the day. We recommend measuring at an average temperature for the most accurate size.

  • Wider bands feel tighter than narrower bands. For particularly wide bands, consider choosing a full size larger than your usual ring size.

  • When measuring, look for resistance at the knuckle while still allowing some movement on the finger to accommodate natural size changes when your hands are warmer.


Different countries have different ring-size systems. Please contact us if you cannot find your ring size or need assistance with your measurement.

Chaotic is a signature ring shape where the INNAN Atelier journey began. An architectural design formed from five curves rotating in opposing directions, creating a strong, statement presence. Available in yellow gold or silver.

Availability

This design is currently in stock in our Berlin Atelier and will be shipped or ready for pick up within ca. 1 – 2 days after your order is confirmed. If you need the jewel sooner for a special occasion, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

This piece is made-to-order in our Berlin Atelier. Please allow ca. 4 – 5 weeks for production. For special requests, please contact us.

Shipping is handled by our trusted logistics partners, DHL and UPS. The carrier is selected based on the value of your order to ensure the highest level of protection throughout transit.
Standard delivery times (plus the stated production time, where applicable):
• Germany: approximately 1–3 business days
• EU: approximately 3–5 business days
• Outside the EU: approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country
UPS Express Saver delivery times (plus the stated production time, where applicable):
• Germany: approximately 1–2 business days
• EU: approximately 1–2 business days
• Outside the EU: approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country

Returns

This piece is covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a refund, it must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
